The WEKID Foundational Whitepaper v1.3 explains the development, rationale, research, and operating concepts behind the WEKID framework — including the Epistemic Maturity Model, the Trust Bridge, and the AI Decision Authority Model. It remains the historical and intellectual foundation of WEKID, but it is now an informative, non-normative publication. WEKID-STD-001 v1.0 is the authoritative normative specification of the framework.
