The normative companion for sector-specific calibration, evidence thresholds, affected-party representation, authority constraints, and recalibration.
Publication hierarchy
Ratified numbered Standards contain normative requirements and conformance rules.
RFCs provide the public, reviewable record through which normative changes are proposed and ratified.
Whitepapers and research develop evidence and rationale but do not modify a Standard by themselves.
Version history
Retained for historical reference and auditability. These releases are not the current basis for new conformance claims.
